Some malware may existed in my PC.

So, i would like to remove them by resetting my PC.

For details, I visit to "Settings -> Rocovery -> Reset This PC".

Then i selete
"Remove everything",
"Clean Data (YES)",
"Delete files from all drives(Yes)".
"Download Windows(YES)".

Could this settings be able to remove all potential malware or virus?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, technically this process of reset will remove all malware on the PC, but take note it will also remove all the files and apps you have previously installed on the PC.

All in all, the process you want to take will remove the malware on the PC.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

Bernard
