Big system freeze everytime, help

I got a big problem after installing TransculentTB, system was working normally for few days then it randomly started to freeze after few seconds. Looked like it repaired itself because today I could normally use pc. Then while playing a game, some error about microsoft running app appeared and crashed my game. Ive read about it, and I updated Microsoft Visual (Library), and deleted some olds which couldve been a mistake. But it looked like they werent deleted and I could still see them in all apps steering panel. Anyway, I wanted to check if this helped with my game, then again freezing started, same as before. It looks like very big lags in windows AFTER few seconds after booting, so maybe some app is causing it (and time without lags is time when app isnt opened yet?)? When I boot into safe mode without internet connection I can do everything normally. That's why I suspect some app's faulty. But I cant uninstall app while in safe mode. Help me please how to repair it without formatting drives. Update: Ive managed to open a game and use it normally. All other apps and system functions were frozen I couldnt do anything but play the game (now without Microsoft Library error) Specs: windows 11, newest updated version, i3 12100f, 2x8gb ram, rx 6600, I have four drives: kioxia g2 (with windows on it and also this game), two other ssd's and hdd. What should I do except formatting drives? Ive tried using restore point I made but ended up getting error and "we couldnt restore system" notification. I dont want to erase everything just yet and format drives. Here's a video of how it looks: https://we.tl/t-RsKaTfg3q4

Most of the "Error" type logs point to gaming applications or Razer related services.

Is it the same if you temporarily uninstall or disable most of the short-term non-essential apps or services (for example, Razer-related or device manufacturer-related) from your device?

You can share the "Error" type event logs here (in the form of screenshots or files).

Files can be shared via cloud storage services. For Microsoft, the common cloud storage service is OneDrive.Share OneDrive files and folders - Microsoft Support

In addition, is the situation the same when accessing the Windows desktop environment with a clean boot or a new local account?

I have uninstalled most of apps (TransculentTB, wallpaper engine, rainmeter), the problem still occurs but I can use the pc. Ive found in event log crashes of game Ive mentioned. But I dont know which information from here would help you, what should I check for you to help me with this issue?

    Hi Jan Kozerski,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Everything working fine in safe mode means that the situation is similar to what you speculated and the problem may be related to some applications.

In this case, what is most likely relevant is TransculentTB itself.

There have been similar cases related to third-party UI tools before.

Third-party UI customization apps might prevent the Start menu from opening

If you need to further narrow down the analysis, you may need to reset/uninstall the application itself or use some special mode, such as a clean boot that is somewhat similar to safe mode.

    • Clean Boot starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It can be used to determine whether a background service or program is interfering or causing a problem. These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step. Please be careful not to disable any services related to security credentials or security authentication, such as TPM, Security, Credential.

Or you may need to configure a new local account through Command Prompt under Windows Recovery Environment.

New local accounts have new profiles and only keep a few applications.

The game's crashes are not necessarily directly related to the app, but there is still the possibility of a potential connection.

To further examine some information related to the game crash event, you may want to check the event log.

If I misunderstand your situation, feel free to correct me and share the information.

    Best Regards,
