OS - Microsoft Windows 11 Home

I've mentioned an article below, and trying to achieve that outcome. But when I followed the instruction I ended up getting an error..

" class/86E0D1E0-8089-11D0-9CE4-08003E301F73 is not an absolute path."

I'm running Docker Desktop 4.28.0
