Hello Asilbek Husanov,
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
Could you please provide the version number of the system?
Also, please try the method below to see if it resolves the problem.
Please type "cmd" in the start search bar and run the command prompt as administrator.
Enter and execute the following commands (please enter one after the other)
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth
SFC /scannow
Please go to your device manufacturer's website to download the latest NIC driver for your device model and install it. Once you have done so, please try resetting your network settings.
Open Start>Settings>Network and Internet>Status>Advanced Network Settings>Network Reset>Reset Now.
Please try a clean boot and don't open any third party programs after the clean boot to see if the system freezing problem occurs.
How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support
Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem. These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.
Sincerely
