Hello everyone, I hope you have a good day. First of all, I apologize for my bad English.

I bought a new laptop and today I was playing a game when suddenly the laptop turned off and after 1 hour the screen turned blue again. If I read correctly, I got an error loading the dump folder in the windbg program preview. The nvlddmkm.sys problem was introduced and I don't know what to do to fix the problem. My laptop model is acer nitro v15 Rtx4050

and I can't afford to buy another laptop and I sincerely ask for your help.

The minidump files indicates that the cause of the BSOD is "nvlddmkm.sys" which is an NVIDIA driver.

Are you using an app like RTX Voice or NVIDIA Broadcaster? If so, please uninstall and test to see if the problem occurs.

If the problem persists, use the DDU tool to uninstall the current graphics card driver and download the driver before the last one released.

My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to help you today..

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any minidump files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here.
