I'm having an issue with the windows blinking and not responding randomly This happened after I used a windows debloater Windows 10 Debloater ( I think , because no issue after using but next restart the issue showed up )The windows (any window) but especially windows that are moved or resized, especially from one screen to another, begins to uncontrollably blink I tried to reverse the debloating by using the same tool it offers undoing tweaks but it didn't work.I tried system restore but crashed to a blue screen, had to repair windows from isonow I'm back with the same issue I tried to repair missing or corrupted system files following a microsoft threadDISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealthsfc /scannowhere a preview of the issuehttps://bit.ly/3OG4JpHI'm considering new window install, but i'm in the middle of working on something importantAny help is welcome :)

You mentioned that you have used iso file to repair the system. Did you successfully go through the repairing process? Using the iso file actually is equivalent to reinstalling the system. It can help you fix the corrupted files. If this doesn't work, we can try something else.
