Facing Problem creating Certification Profile and checking for discounts

Hi everyone,
I am facing problem while registering for the AZ900 certification. While creating the certification profile even though I am entering my correct details, I am getting the error "Invalid Name, Phone Number or Address". Another problem I am facing is that "Error CBE01: Could not complete benefit eligibility check" whenever I am trying to check the discount availability.
