Hi, thank you for your input and based on the PC activity I am also positive that this is a CPU related problem, in addition, to update the BIOS I suggest contacting the PC manufacturer for them to provide the exact BIOS for your device as it is critical to update.
BSOD Laptop problem
Hey, I have been having BSOD - irql not less or equal, kmode exception not handled, watchdog timeout, system thread exception not handled, memory management bsod, page fault in nonpaged area, irql gt zero at system service, ntoskrnl.sys.
I had all these in Windows 11 to the point when I downloaded a fresh window, it bsod in the setup only. These 2 are mainly causing the problem - irql not less or equal, kmode exception not handled caused by ntoskrnl.exe
So I am now on Windows 10 but it still sometimes shows irql not less or equal, kmode exception not handled bsod.

Hi Alan, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.
I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP files you have, there is an error AuthenticAMD.sys, this is caused by the AMD driver of the processor, kindly download and install the latest BIOS update from your manufacturer's website, in addition, if the issue persists, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the processor or do a re-pasting of thermal paste to optimize the processor.
Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.
Bernard

2024-02-19T10:46:46+00:00 I really appreciate you informing me. I had a feeling something was off with the AMD driver, especially since I encountered the amdpsp.sys BSOD a few times. Interestingly, I haven't faced any issues on Windows 10 maybe because at windows 11 setup my latop heats up since the fans are making loud sound so it crashes. Upon inspecting my laptop, I found that one fan, likely the CPU fan, was blocked with dust. But after a few it even crashed windows 10 then I installed chromeos even deleting full ssd aand then windows 10 so now it works fine. Additionally, I've limited my processor power, so the temperature stays around 40-50 degrees Celsius. I was playing game and it crashed today the game was also lagging maybe I limited the cpu that's why.
By the way, do you know if I should update my BIOS using Asus Armoury Crate or from the Asus website?
