McAfee should be fine to use, but you can also use Windows Defender with periodic scanning turned on if wanted.

The real time protection doesnt turn on because i have the preinstalled free version of mcfee. Is the defender good enough? I had a problem 1 hour ago, the "It-administration has limited access" error. I got help and fixed it temporatly. Do windows gonna fix the problem in further updates?
Or should i keep the mcfee.

Your screenshot indicates you need to turn on "Real-time Protection" below for Windows Defender Antivirus.
Once you do, you should be able to turn on Controlled Folder Access like below. The information at the top of the tutorial below can help provide more details about Controlled Folder Access to help decide if you still want to enable it or not.
