Faced an unexpected battery drainout, after putting the laptop to sleep(basically closing the lid) as when I reopened it some 1.5 hours later, it restarted and went to BIOS screen saying low battery warning(the laptop was extremely hot). No CPU intensive work was going on at the time of closing/putting it to sleep. The reliability history in Control Panel, had an error/critical events log in it, with the details as below(different from what was there after restart)

Problem signature

Problem Event Name: BlueScreen

Code: 9f

Parameter 1: 3

Parameter 2: ffffe789f1cda360

Parameter 3: ffffbe0d98a47738

Parameter 4: ffffe78a103bb010

OS version: 10_0_22631

Service Pack: 0_0

Product: 768_1

OS Version: 10.0.22631.2.0.0.768.100

Locale ID: 16393

Extra information about the problem

Bucket ID: 0x9F_3_DXG_POWER_IRP_TIMEOUT_IMAGE_igdkmdn64.sys

The error was different and had some name of files, so the files and the screenshot are in the link down below. sys_info has the info on system, and for dmp files, I checked automatic restart was turned on, and debugging information was Automatic memory dump(no signs of minidump or MEMORY.dmp anywhere). So I changed it to complete one, and noticed(uploaded too) a minidump folder. Also it had a history of issues like (screen freeze->force restart, and then low battery warning, even though it had enough battery, and actual BSOD twice with stop code VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL(reliability histories in the files link).

Thanks a lot for your time.

HI, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your data indicates it is the Intel graphics drivers causing the system to crash.

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of Intel graphics drivers they provide.
