Hello there, I'm Gopal an Independent Advisor. I will try my best to help you.

I would recommend you download and install the latest .Net Framework and see if that helps

If the issue persists, please download and run the .Net repair tool to fix this issue

    Appreciating your efforts!

Let us try to isolate this issue. Please check Event Viewer for Specific Information

In Windows Search, type "Event Viewer" and open the application.

Expand "Windows Logs" and then "Applications and Services Logs".

Look for entries around the time the pop-up appears, particularly under ".NET Runtime" or other Microsoft-related sources.

Double-click on relevant entries to see detailed information about the error, including potential causes.
