Hi there!

When I create a task and select the option 'Run whether user is logged on or not' it asks for an admin user and password, which I don't know.

I am the only user for my computer.

Thanks Cindy.

These are your Microsoft account username and password, which you use to sign in to the PC.

    Thank you for answering!

    It was helpful, I think.

I wasn't log in to my Microsoft account 'correctly', I think.

I should have taken a photo of the message it showed, something that said, 'Verify your Microsoft Account' and then it led me to enter my email and password. I reset the computer and it worked.

    So thanks!

    Hi there!

I still have questions, how can I add my credentials? Or where are they?

Dell Vostro 3910 (the PC specs let me arrive home)

Thanks for taking your time on answering

    Hi Cindy,

I'm Sumit, here to answer your query at the Microsoft Community.

If your account is admin you can add your credentials to run the task, not an issue.
