Usually, this problem is caused by cached information on the browser, clearing the browser cache should fix this problem.
1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
2-Change the time range to "All time"
3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.
4-Relaunch the browser and check if the problem was fixed
Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.
If the problem persists, it could be a setting on the browser that is preventing to save your selection. Which browser are you using? Are you using any third-party antivirus?
