PC unresponsive after Boot-up

Hi there,

my Pc now ist randomly unresponsive right after Startup. It Boots up fine but as soon as its up none of the Apps launch automatically or when prompted, my Wallpaper Engine won't start, my Taskbar app won't start. I can't even get into the Windows settings. As soon as I click the Taskbar it either doesn't respond right away or it just opens an then gets unresponsive.

I already tried a few things:

  1. Completely formated my Drives and reinstalled Windows
  2. I ran a Memory Check via cmd
  3. I ran the CHKDSK Command
  4. I reseated my GPU and RAM
  5. Unplugged PSU for a couple hours

The wierd thing is since the Windows reinstall it booted normally 3 out of 5 Times and I don't know what I did right/wrong this time.

I did fix it kind of,

Turns out it was my AMD drivers so I just reverted back to very old drivers.

Also I am back on a clean Windows 10 install and that did not fix my problem

things you might want to consider:

    1. Check for Updates: Sometimes, missing updates can cause unexpected behavior. Make sure Windows and your drivers are all up to date.
    2. Check Startup Programs: It's possible that a specific program or service is causing the slowdown. You can try disabling startup programs one by one to see if any of them are the culprit.

If the issue persists, it might be worth reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance. They might have more specialized tools and advice to help pinpoint and resolve the problem. Good luck!
