i’ve been dealing with this “event error 131” over the past month and now it’s gotten to the point where my pc is completely unusable. i have no clue how to fix it as i’ve already tried reinstalling windows entirely, changing the internet time, reinstalling my graphics card drivers/turning off auto updates, i’ve done system image repairs, and even my registry value, i’ve tried to do a system restore, but yet NOTHING WORKS. it’s always saying “metadata failure” and updating to the most recent versions of windows just makes my pc crash even more. what and i suppose to do!? i’ve been forced to own an overpriced paperweight because of this “event error 131”
