I have been having frequent BSODs. Different errors each time. Common errors are irql_not_less_or_equal, system_service_exception, page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. Sometimes it is accompanied by ntoskrnl.exe failed. I have updated all the drivers, ran all tests from the forums and no errors were found. What should I do ? Ran all hardware tests too still no error.

If your computer encounters another BSOD, please test the RAM with the free utility MemTest86, then run a full 8 pass scan to test your RAM for physical errors:

Then, enable the driver verifier and let the computer crash 3 times then disable it and share the newly created minidump file for further analysis:

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Thanks Dyari,

All drivers are up to date. BIOS is at its latest version. I have not overclocked anything. Weirdly, it doesn't happen when I play games but happens when I watch videos (quite often). I will still see what I can do.

Thanks for sharing the minidump files.

The minidump files indicate AuthenticAMD.sys as a cause of the BSOD which is related to the AMD processor.

To troubleshoot this issue, kindly Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers only from the manufacturer's website.

If you are overclocking your PC, try running everything (CPU, GPU, system memory) at their stock speeds. See if the issue is still reproducible. Or, turn off XMP profile or set it to Auto.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Hi Bhuvanesh,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Please go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy any minidump files you find to your desktop. Afterward, share these files through OneDrive or Google Drive so we can analyze them and identify the specific file that's causing the crash.
