    Hello, Truong Dang.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on the description, it seems like you are encountering issues with the normal installation of Windows 10.

I have some suggestions for you to try.

    1. Try creating a new USB boot drive.
    2. Try using a different USB drive.
    3. Try resetting the motherboard BIOS (Please refer to the official website of your motherboard manufacturer for specific instructions.).
    4. When installing, use the USB ports on the motherboard instead of the USB ports on the computer case.
    5. Try replacing the power supply with a new one.
    6. Try installing Windows 11 to check if it can be installed normally (If your computer supports Windows 11).

Please provide these details so that I can help you resolve your issue more effectively.

    Best regards.
