Hi ,When i try to download windows 11 with the installer it show you can not save data & applications because the installer is in an other language than the system but that is not the case the installer is in polish and the system too and now i can't update my system without losing data.

After accepting the EULA, the "Select language and edition" screen appears. Do not uncheck "Use the recommended options for this PC". Post a screenshot of that dialog.
