Rebuilt PC WHEA Error 18

Anonymous
2024-02-19T02:38:10+00:00

Hi, I've tried so much to get my PC to stop crashing but it still happens. I'm beginning to think it's a hardware issue but want to rule out everything else first.

I've tried:

Updating BIOS
Fresh Windows Installation
Reseating Components
Running Memtest
Checking Cables for flush connections

It isn't overheating either, my previous build was

Ryzen 5 5600x
3200mhz DDR4 Ram 16GB
AMD Radeon RX580 4GB
650W PSU
MAG B550 Tomahawk AM4
Samsung EVO NvME SSD 1TB

Moved to a new case with

Same:
Ryzen 5 5600x
RAM
Motherboard
Storage

New:
Sapphire AMD 7800xt 16GB
Corsair RMe 850W PSU

Also some info about when it happens,

It only seems to be happening when I'm playing certain games,
it's happened mostly while trying to play Helldivers 2 and occasionally happens playing other games like Crusader Kings 3, Palworld, and one time playing Lethal Company I think.

This second error was not happening until the fresh windows install AFTER the first fresh install post-rebuild.

Once again, any tips or help understanding these errors and my constant crashing while gaming would be super helpful.
