F10 fn and shift .... and then what to get rid of unexpected error on screen ? As f10 and shuft alone also done work

    The Fn button on that keyboard is a toggle, press it once to turn it on and once to turn it off

    To perform a hard shut down, it should be the volume up button and the Power button for 10+ seconds.

    With regards to that error, that indicates the Windows installation is corrupt, either a Windows reset or full clean install from a bootable USB will be the only options.

    I thi k it's meant to restart /reboot but holding the power button 10s doesn't work or the power button and volume for 15s doesn't work always comes us this?
