Hello, Zepyur Siradeghyan
Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.
Knowing the current issue with your login options being disabled, you can switch to a more stable internet connection, and there is another method to try if you remember your password:
- Hold down the Shift key on the login screen - Tap Power in the bottom right corner - Restart your computer.
- Select Troubleshooting-Advanced Options-Command Prompt-type REGEDIT.
- Tick HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-tap File in the top left corner-Load Setup Unit-This Computer ()
Note: At this point, your system's disk may be the E disk, because the hidden repair disk drive and the bootable disk drive will be displayed, prompting you to locate your system's disk according to the volume label and disk size.
- Go to the system disk-Windows-system32-config-open the Software file, just customize a name like Rota.
- Next, open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE - find the item you just customized and expand it - microsoft-Windows NT-CurrentVersion-PasswordLess-Device - correct item: DevicePasswordLessBuildVersion - Mouse Double-click this item - data value - set to 0
- Go back to just HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE under the Rota-select custom name item. Click File - Uninstall Configuration Drive - Click Yes. Close the command prompt and registry editor: select Continue to use Windows.
- Wait for the WINDOWS setup to complete: At this point, the login option will appear on the login screen, select the login password.
- After that, you need to remove the original PIN and re-add the new PIN to resolve all the issues.
