Is the 750 hours free VM rcharged per month?

Hello! I wanted to make a free VM and wanted to ask if I make the free BS1 machine, is it free 750 hours once, or does this offer recharge per month? Iam referring to this quote: "For example, you get 750 hours of a B1S Windows virtual machine free each month with your Azure free account."
