Ssd non formatable

So I downloaded something and my ssd doesn’t really work. So we’re tryna format my ssd but we can’t because windows only works on safe mode. Any help? It’s a acer predator g3 710

    I understand that your SSD is not formattable, you can try to remove the SSD and install it on another computer to perform the formatting operation. In addition, I noticed that you said that your Windows system can only work in Safe Mode, can you please describe the problem in detail?
