Ssd non formatable

So I downloaded something and my ssd doesn’t really work. So we’re tryna format my ssd but we can’t because windows only works on safe mode. Any help? It’s a acer predator g3 710

    I understand that your SSD is not formattable, you can try to remove the SSD and install it on another computer to perform the formatting operation. In addition, I noticed that you said that your Windows system can only work in Safe Mode, can you please describe the problem in detail? If you have any error message after entering the system, you can take a picture and share it with me, I will try my best to help you solve it.
