When you login, do you get to this screen, there is an option at the bottom to reset your verification methods.
I'm not receiving verification code for the Microsoft account mail to get the Bitlocker recovery password. How can this problem resolve?
When I signed in to get Bitlocker recovery password,the verification code that will send to my mail isn't received yet

2024-02-12T13:31:30+00:00 I tried every methods, now I directly went to Microsoft but it was a sales office they can't help and they gave me a customer care phone number and no help from that too. I don't know how to or when I can recover my laptop again back. My important documents are in it. If the verification code activated everything will be solved.

2024-02-12T09:40:06+00:00 Did you see the option for can't use any of these authentication methods during the login process? This should allow you to change the method if email is not working.
If you are trying to speak to a Microsoft agent directly, this can usually be done via the Get Help app in the start menu over chat.

I would try check junk or spam folders first, if not do you have any other authentication methods available such as SMS?
If not, there is an option during the login process to select you can’t use any of these authentication methods, and try recover access to your account.
