Hypervisor Error and KMODE EXEPTION NOT HANDLED happening repeatedly despite all attempts to fix it. Can someone look at the minidump files?

Hello, I keep getting BSODs with these two messages. I've tried a few things that I've seen on posts online, but it keeps happening.

I've run a few different things in the command prompt, but it didn't work.

I've run Windows Memory Diagnostic, but it never shows me the results. I tried finding them, but I have no idea how to make sense of the logs. So I copied the Minidumps and zipped them to put on my drive so that hopefully someone can help me.

Hi Sophie,

My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.

Seems something is wrong with your system or hardware. Did you switch memory test to extended mode? If not, please do.

Repair system files by

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

command from Windows Terminal (admin) environment.

For memory test result, please right-click Start, select Event Viewer, expand Windows at the left and select System journal. Then look for messages (events) from "Memory Diagnostics" source.

    Thank you so much!

It hasn't crashed again since I ran the command you suggested, but if it starts acting up again, I will go though this process with the memory diagnostics again and see if I can find someone to interpret the logs.

    Please check other events.

To switch test to extended mode, run it, then press f1 key and select this mode.

Thank you for replying. I did try to find the results with the Event Viewer, but I do not know how to interpret them. So I will attach a screenshot so you can make sure I'm looking in the right place.

I do not know how to run the memory diagnostic in extended mode. When I click on it my only options are to run it now or later. If you could explain how to do that it would be very helpful.

I ran the command to repair the system files and it said that it was a success.
