Unable To Schedule DP-900 Exam

Question

Hi,

I am trying to schedule my DP-900 exam with a voucher from PearsonVue.
I had attended the training using my office email via which I got the exam voucher .

When I try to schedule my exam with my personal email, it for some reason tries to link my office and personal email. which I don't understand why ?

I am not able to move ahead with the registration with the below error. Please help. Thanks.

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'sujit_pg@Karima ben .com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b9c392b1-7049-4d6c-86bf-9bb91214900d'(Microsoft Learning Identity Service) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

hello I have the same issue.

I have already booked my exams but now when I am resheduling it, the vouvher dissappeared.

Grateful to look into for me pls.
