The details view of this entry contains further information.

the following Minidump file was produced following the crash: 022624-7000-01.zip

    Thanks for the clarifications.

This minidump also indicates that the crash was caused by a driver associated with the AMD processor.

I suggest you use the free MemTest86 tool for a deep check of your RAM.

    https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm

The deep scan can take a long time, depending on how much RAM you have. So do it at a time that suits you.

    Thanks for the clarification

Windows can adapt to hardware changes. However, there are some cases where the system may no longer boot or experience BSOD problems. It is usually necessary to perform a clean install if the system does not boot or becomes unstable in this scenario.

However, I suggest doing the following:

    • Go to the support area of the MSI website and search for the model of your new motherboard. Then, download the latest chipset drivers and install them.
    • I noticed that the new motherboard BIOS is outdated. I suggest you update it by following MSI's instructions.

Then, see if the system will work stable.

If the BSOD persists, send the minidump created by it and clarify the following:

    What was the old motherboard?

    What was the old processor?

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

The minidump indicates that the crash was caused by a driver associated with the AMD processor.

You only sent one minidump. Was this the only one available?

If you have more minidump files, send them. Perhaps they have relevant information.

    Also, please clarify the following:

Did you perform a clean install of Windows after changing the motherboard, CPU, and RAM?

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
