i cant enable hyper v

i was trying to enable virtual machine platform and windows hypervisor platform when i enable at i restart my windows normally but in the progress he said ( we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes) i spend so much time trying to fix this then i find out that i have to do two things 1: check if the virtualization was on or not i opened the task manger to find out that it was enabled 2: enable hyper v when i enabled i restart and he told the same error
( we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes)

how can i fix that

    As far as my personal experience is concerned, I suggest you to check if the virtualization technology is turned on in your BIOS regarding AMD or INTEL. Whether Secure Boot Boot is turned on or not.
