Hello, Win 10 with the latest updates is installed on my laptop.
on device manager, some components seem missing the right driver to function properly (snapshot attached).

Please reply back should the snapshot is not uploaded correctly and if you need further information.

Kindly advise on where to locate a clean copy of the drivers and how to install them.

Thanks
G,

Many of the drivers on your HP laptop are Intel drivers, go to the Intel website to download the Intel Driver and Support Assistant, then run that tool to see if that can find and install the missing drivers.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

You are missing a lot of drivers, if you go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, is there no utility available there to automatically download and install the required drivers?

    2

Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
