PC gets black screen everytime after I close a stress test

As the title describes, in cyberpunk my PC would randomly freezes around a few minutes into the game into the game but audio still works. So I wanted to check things out, I tried furmark for around 15 minutes and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. However, a few seconds after I close furmark my screen would freeze then turn black and my monitor would show no signal. This happens consistently without fail no matter how long I stay in the stress test even if it's just 10 seconds. It also happens in unigine superposition stress test in the same way. I have tried DDU and reinstalling the graphics driver but that didn't help. I have already updated everything I could think off but nothing works.

my specs

CPU : 7800x3d

GPU: 3070

RAM:32GB ram at 6000mhz cl36,

MOBO: ASUS 650e-i

PSU : sf750

Things to note, I have just upgraded from r5 3600 two days ago but I experienced the same type of crashing in cyberpunk before upgrading. Didn't play much cyberpunk after on my old cpu after crashing once.

I mainly play dota and that seems to have no problem on both new and old CPU, although It did happen to me just now after a game of dota, I alt tabbed and it froze.
