Windows Error 0x80070643

Question

I have an HP PC. I have noticed problems in the last year or so and have had several IT guys look at it, never found anything.

I have checked the Windows Update and see it is citing error 0x80070643. I have tried the trouble shooting option, rebooting, etc to no avail. Need some additional help. One IT guy said he may have to reinstall Windows 10 and I will have to reinstall all of my software!

Meanwhile, you may ignore the error code/message and you don't have to reinstall Windows on your computer.
