Labtop setup internet not working

I just got a new windows 11 labtop and every time I connect to the Wi-Fi , it says I’ve lost internet connection. This is during setup right after picking my region, keyboard layout, etc. I also tried multiple Wi-Fis like my phone hotspot and the main house Wi-Fi. Both say the same thing with the ice cream cone and the exclamation mark

    I understand you're facing an issue with the internet connection.

    I suggest you reset your router and change its password.

    After that, try updating the WiFi driver.

    1). Press Win+X and select the Device Manager.

    2). Expand the Network adapters category.

    3). Right-click on the WiFi network adapter to select an Update driver option for it.

    4). Click on Search automatically for drivers.
