Getting an error in event viewer

Good day to you Team

In event viewer getting an error logger the below error

Could you please help me as what caused this error ?

    That error indicates an executable named Ipcwc094.exe is causing the problem, but I can find no reference to that executable anywhere, it does not seem to be a system file.

    If you open File Explorer, then go to your C drive, and perform a search for Ipcwc094.exe can you find the location of that file?

    Apart from seeing that error in the Event Viewer, what problem are you experiencing with Windows when that event is triggered?
