Hi there,

I recently have been experiencing my PC crash while playing Escape from TYarkov. It blue screen for a split second then instantly reboots.

The Event Data states it is Kernel-Power 41 (63). I just built the PC in January:

  • Ryzen 7800X3D
  • NVIDIA 4070
  • NZXT B650E
  • Corsair Vengeance 32 GB x 2

I believe it most likely has something to do with my audio drivers but cannot interpret the Event Data. I recently installed an M-Audio ASIO Audio Interface. Soon after this, I started experiencing the crashing. I discovered that I had an NVIDIA HD Audio Driver installed as well. I hope that now that I have uninstalled that, it won't happen again.

However, any insight into the following log would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, nothing to worry I am here to help, and just to confirm can you still use the affected device? if so, we need to analyze the error, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
