If you're unable to enter the Windows Recovery Environment, you can use another computer to create a bootable USB drive containing the Windows installation. This USB can then be used to run repair tools on your affected computer.

You can create using the media creation tool, download it on this link(Create a USB device with an installation image): https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...

Go to BIOS/UEFI and change to boot from the USB device.

On the installation screen click on "Repair your PC" in the left bottom.

Click on Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > try the available options. Thank you.

Hi Mostafa. My name is Lester, and I am an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I'd be more than happy to assist you.

Have you installed any new software or updates recently? When was the last time it worked without any problems?

Remove all unnecessary external devices connected to your computer. What will happen if you do the steps below two to three times to access Advanced Options?

Start your PC, and when you see the loading dots, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to forcefully shut down (do this 2-3x). This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.

If this won't work for you, a clean installation of Windows may be necessary. Thank you.
