Microsoft 11 Update Issues!

Anonymous

As my system is updating to Windows 11, I get an error message saying "Something didn't go as planned" or something like that. This is ridiculous. Why hasn't Microsoft resolved this problem yet? I didn't realize you need to be an IT professional to do a routine update. I knew I shouldn't have upgraded to Windows 11. I no longer trust Microsoft. It's terrible that you can't even contact Microsoft for a 1-on-1 with a customer service representative.

    Hi Sporer,

I'm a volunteer here, and I think I can help you. Which update are you trying to install? Mention the KB###### of the failing update.
