Hello.

Please can I have some guidance on how to resolve this issue. I have not been successful in replicating the conditions that trigger the issue.

  1. I have run the sfc /scannow command and all looks ok.
  2. From the Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool, I scanned for Memory problems, all returned ok.

I would appreciate your support and thank you in advance.

Your minidump files indicate a virtual driver usually associated to the ZoneAlarm security software is causing your network drivers to crash.

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of network card drivers they provide.

Wait to see if your system is stable.

If not, completely uninstall the ZoneAlarm software

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
