Correct drivers should be at Dell's site not Intel one.
And please ask your company's system administrator for the help, maybe some corporate settings effects the problem.

Hello,
I'm facing an issue with my computer's Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz, which fails to detect the 6GHz network.
Despite trying all suggestions from Dell, Intel, Windows support, and ASUS router support, my computer can only identify the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Rafal

Hi Rafal,
My name is Igor, it's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you.
As I can see at different forums, this module is not compatible with some chipset. What is your hardware model and configuration? Try to update BIOS and chipset drivers.
