Network connection problems

Hi i have a problem with my mecer z140c ultra I tried updating the drivers of my pc using update booster after updating all my pc lost all network connection now i cannot using wifi or cellular data i even tried to factory reset it but nothing changed maybe someone can have me get the proper connection drivers to install it thanks

    I am sorry, I cannot find any network drivers for that device anywhere and I also cannot find what type of network card is in your device, only Mercer will be able to provide genuine drivers, contact their support again and insist they provide you with a link for the correct driver.

    Thank you for the screenshot, there is no network card drivers installed.

    If Mercer do not provide drivers for your system, you will need to find the drivers on some other website, but your screenshot does not indicate what type of network card you have, if you can find the exact model I will find the drivers for you.

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Using a 3rd party utility to install drivers is not recommended, they install incompatible and corrupt drivers.

    Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager

    Expand the Network Adapters section

    Please provide a screenshot of that window.
