These were sent to me as mail attachments that i downloaded - now I cannot delete them from my downloads - I've tried every 'delete' option and also deleted the email and removed the email from my trash

There is no error message when i try to delete they just do nothing - I also cant interact with them in any other way - does not allow me to rename or move to another location

    Hello Bitlan,

I have solved the problem by downloading File Assasin. I asked chat GPT and out of 3 options file assassin was the correct one in my case. Ask chatGPT for instructions and it will tell you step-by-step how to use it.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1
Where on your PC are those downloaded attachment's stored, is that in the Downloads folder or on your Desktop or in the Documents folder?

    2
Do you use OneDrive or any other Cloud service to sync your files online?
