Windows update "Error Encountered" 0x80070643 while installing KB5034441 Windows 10 - Potential related issues.

System Specs:
Windows 10 64x
Ryzen 7 5700x
GeForce 3070ti
32GB 3200 MHz DDR4 Memory

So far I've tried every bit of advice I can find about fixing this to no luck.
I have run the update troubleshoot, of which it identifies the issue and asks for a restart, but will come back after I try to run windows updates again.
I have made sure Windows Update and Background Intelligence Transfer Service services are running. I have even restarted them to be safe.
I have run SFC and DISM, it found files it needed to fix but still gave errors after running updates.
I reset Windows Updates through a .bat file, that resets components and policies to default.
The last thing I tried was shrinking my OS drive to allocate more room to the system recovery partition, this seemed to work for everyone that tried this method but there was no luck for me. Right now my Recovery partition is sitting at just over 800MB.

Over the last few weeks I've been noticing issues with running basic tasks on my computer and I'm not sure if it's related to this or not. I haven't changed major settings except for doing regular driver updates and firmware updates.
The biggest problem I've been noticing is that my browser (Opera GX) is running really slowly. I tried reinstalling and made sure there was none of the resource limiters on but to no luck. My system isn't running hard on idle either so its not an issue of running out of resources.
I'm not sure how long it's been like this but I don't ever remember "Antimalware Service Executable" taking up such a large amount of memory. Right now it's using ~400MB constantly, which I never recall seeing in the past.
Some programs have also been crashing when my PC goes to sleep when I leave my desk for a while. Discord most commonly but Spotify occasionally.

These might not be related to the windows update problems at all but I thought it might be important to mention them.

Almost no one can install that update, and to enlarge the recovery partition, only gives mixed results. It's recommended to just ignore it, and wait for Microsoft to come up with a better update.

When? No one knows....... It has been like this for a month now!

Just take a tour around in this forum - you can't avoid to see the thousands of other posts about this lousy update!
