Windows 11 crashing

My windows crashes randomly. It does stop for a while after updates but keeps coming back. I didn't have the issue for a month again until it started crashing consistently again. I do driver updates and windows updates regularly. I have tested my hardware with testing programs which, where even under heavy load from graphics test no crash happened. I watch the temperatures, which indicate nothing unusual.I have tried talking to riot ( gaming company) sinc they were the only one to respond to my ticket, which did not help. Usually my screen goes black first, and the fans of case never stop turning. Even after waiting for an hour, windows doed not recognise it has crashed to turn off or give a message. My technician can not reproduce the problem so I can't identifty if it is a hardware or software issue. The problem has been showing itself on and off for over a year now. Windows reliability or troubleshoot is useless and give no information.

Here is a dump file that was supposedly created after a crash. https://mega.nz/file/l10nFKgA#0soqkToQIoBUtMkDyjS1z0aABfFtfv1vndt3PFhDGaY

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your Nvidia graphics card that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current Nvidia device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the Nvidia device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Thank you for your reply dave.

I have checked the nvidia main page and the driver I have seems to be a recommended one according to : https://www.nvidia.com/Download/Find.aspx?lang=en-us . It feels weird that such an issue would haunt me for a year and many driver updates but I am willing to give it a try. How should I pick another driver to try, just follow the recommended ones starting from the most recent one? Also I have used DDU around a month ago to scrape and reinstall my driver.

Enter your graphics card model number into this link, you will find all the available driver versions on this page.

You are aware that link you have shared is the same as the one I posted right? I did enter my model and found quite a long list of recommended drivers. My current driver is on the list as well. I am asking do I have to try all recommended drivers? Because the driver I have installed crashes and it is on the recommended list.

No, you do not need to try all drivers in that long list, try a couple of versions that are maybe 3 months old to see if one of then is stable.
