Blue screen :)

I was meesing with msconfig and number of presesor and pci lock.then I have a blue screen . My laptop is lenovo and the error is SYSTEM_THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED . Any help please

    In the command prompt try run the following commands:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    Press enter and see if it solve any issue?

    You may create Windows installation, if you have access to another PC in a DVD or USB using Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com).

    All i can do is access to advanced options like cmd and bois .

    It happened becuase I had entered the msconfig and endabled the pci lock .

    Then I did a restart.

    The blue screen appeared after that.

    I don't know what Windows installation media is . So please can you tell me about it.

    Are you able to boot into your system or when you start your PC, it shows Blue Screen?

    Do you know what change did you make?

    Do you have access to the Windows installation media?
