    Installed this

    19045.4046.240202-1012.22H2_RELEASE_SVC_PROD1_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO

    Fixed it for me on two laptops so far, currently doing number 3.

    Takes a while :P

    This is a known issue right now with the KB5034441 update and there are several reports from other users experiencing the same problem. There's nothing wrong with your Windows and I recommend waiting for Microsoft to offer an easier, automatic solution in the coming days that allows this update to be installed. Kindly try pausing updates for 7 days.
