Regarding SharePoint anon site

Hi there,

I have a site: http://win-obkrkoa5775:27095/ and extend to https://lab.litwareinc.pri.
https://lab.... --> it is a anon Site. When I upload a document into the document library in 27095 internal site, and I expected the document will be seen from https://lab. ... unfortunately, it didn't as shown below:

Two questions:

1. how to grant the permission on the document and let everyone can see it and use it from https://lab ....
2. Normally, if I upload the document into the SharePoint from http://win-obkrkoa5775:27095/, general, we should can see the file from https://lab...... Is it correct??

Hi @SHUO .H ,

This issue may be caused by that PL_XXX.xlsx have been granted unique permissions. Generally, if you enable anonymous access to a SharePoint Site, you don't need to grant permission separately to specific document and everyone should have been able to see it. And yes, if you upload documents to http://win-obkrkoa5775:27095/, you can find the file in https://lab.litwareinc.pri as long as you didn’t grant unique permissions to the uploaded documents.

Back to the issue you are facing now, you have to check if PL_XXX.xlsx has unique permissions in http://win-obkrkoa5775:27095/. Delete it if you don't need the unique permissions.
