One of the minidumps mentions the driver "mtkwl6ex.sys" as the cause of the crash. From my search, this driver belongs to a MediaTek Wi-Fi adapter.

Please, send a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

The minidump does not mention any driver as the cause of the crash.

You only sent one minidump. Was this the only one available?

If you have more minidump files, send them. Perhaps they have relevant information.

Do you have a virtual machine running on your PC?

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please send the minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
