Hi William Machacek,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a special way to bypass the PIN.
Check if the option to uninstall updates under Windows Recovery Environment also prompts for a PIN or password requirement.
The options for uninstalling updates should be located in the "Advance options" list under "Troubleshoot".
If the option to uninstall updates is not available, it may be necessary to consider other special bypasses to try to gain access to the device.
If options such as "Ease of Access" or ""Accessibility" on the lock screen/login screen on your device are still available, content in the following thread described an idea summarized by community members to reconfigure local accounts by temporarily replacing system components with Windows media.
This will be last-ditch effort.
If the situation persists, the remaining option would be to back up your data and perform a Windows reinstallation.
