    Hello, Anoj Mubarak

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

Hello! I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with your Windows computer having a flickering screen. There can be multiple reasons for this issue. Here are a few possible solutions you can try:

    1. Update the graphics driver:

Make sure that you have the latest graphics drivers installed for your graphics adapter. Visit the manufacturer's website to download and install the latest version of the driver.

    2. Disable incompatible programs:

Certain programmes or applications may conflict with your system and cause the screen to flicker. Try disabling any recently installed software or programmes to see if the problem is resolved. You can also try a clean boot to eliminate third-party software from interfering How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background service is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem.    These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by step so that it will help you get back on track.

    3. Adjust the display settings:

Go to "Display Settings" on your Windows computer and try adjusting the display refresh rate. Set it to the recommended refresh rate or try different options to see if it improves.

    4. Scan for malware:

Malware or viruses can sometimes cause display problems. Run a full scan of your system with antivirus software to check for any infections.

    5. Run Microsoft Safety Scanner

    Open your web browser.

    Visit

Microsoft Safety Scanner Download | Microsoft Learn

Go to the official download page of Microsoft Safety Scanner.

Select the appropriate version (32-bit or 64-bit) for your operating system and click the "Download" button.

Save the downloaded file to your computer, e.g. desktop or a designated folder.

Once the download is complete, double-click to open the downloaded file.

When prompted, agree to the licence agreement and select the scan type (Quick Scan, Full Scan or Custom Scan).

Click Next to begin the scanning process.

Wait for the scanning process to complete. This may take a while depending on your computer performance and the number of files.

When the scan is complete, you will see a report of the scan results. Take appropriate action as needed, such as removing or quarantining detected malware or viruses.

When finished, you can close Microsoft Safety Scanner.

Disclaimer: Running Microsoft Safety Scanner can help you check if the system is disturbed or malicious software exists. To avoid any trouble for you, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.

Thank you for your time and effort working on this issue.
