I have been trying to reinstall windows 11 after it randomly died, but I can't get the installer to read the nvme ssd. I know that the problem is intel IRST but there is a problem, trying to load the drivers onto the install media on another windows machine doesn't work because windows can't read the fs of the install media, and I can't add it to the usb drive on my linux install (on the same computer I want to install windows) because the usb drive reports being full despite it not being filled (yes I've checked the partitions) Any suggestions?

So what you're saying is that I need a pre existing ssd partition with the correct formatting that is in the right place on the disk?
I don't understand what you mean, who is "he"?

I myself have a 120 GB ssd disk with only Win 10 that works. Now I present to extract / remove other downloads to the cloud.
and you build it using only win 10 / e.g.
PUT THOSE DOWNLOADS? TO THE CLOUD. THEN you can use them.
Then there you are, restart your device.
He explains how the device works My idea is the functionality of the C: drive
and others D
