Hi,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated driver. If it was a driver issue the factory reset will not fix it, because the factory reset will install the same driver version that you are already using.
The first thing that you can do to identify if the problem is on your computer or on your headphones, is to connect your headphones to another computer or your phone and check if the problem persists.
If you connect your headphones to another device and the problem persists, it indicates that the problem is on your headphones and you may need to replace it.
If you connect your headphones to another device and the problem doesn't happen, it indicates that the problem is on your computer. Please provide some more details to help identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?
Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Run
2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok
And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:
1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager
2-Click to expand the Bluetooth
3-Right-click on the Bluetooth driver and click on properties
4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
You can see at this link how to include a screenshot in your post.
